Oh My Goddess!

Also known as Ah My Goddess! in Japan.

The comic as well as the anime series, starts off when Keichi who is a male and is the main character accidentally calls the goddess hotline.  The limited Goddess, Belldandy appears out of Keichi's mirror to grant him one wish.

Keichi who has always wanted a girl asks her to stay with him always. Not realizing that Keichi doesn't really mean this at the time Belldandy sends the request to the overlord and it is granted. Because the dorm in which Keichi is staying in is a male only dorm, Keichi is thrown out. Keichi, along with Belldandy, stumble upon a lonely monastery that is given to their keeping by a monk who wants to go out on a journey. After a while Urd who is Belldandy's big sister appears and turns the bedroom in which Keichi is staying into a love mansion. Not only that but Skuld, Belldandy's little sister who is a robot genius also appears and sets the story into motion.

Watch the anime or read the manga (or do both), for this is one love story that sets the heart on a whole new journey of love.  

I highly recommend looking into Oh My Goddess! (at least watch the movie if you can, for it has the best CG and anime mixture ever).
