Cardcaptors is about a 10 year old girl names Sakura Avalon. She stumbles upon the Book of Clow in her father's basement and ends up releasing the Clow cards. With the help of Kero, Meilin, Madison, and Li, she captures the cards, faces the Final Judgement, and succeeds in transforming some of the cards into Star cards.

Cardcaptor Sakura is a considerably better version of Cardcaptors, but the only major difference is that the series was continued, and she succeeded in converting all of the clow cards into Star Cards.
